Your Smart Assessment answers

The eight-step assessment uses your answers in this browser tab to suggest areas you may wish to discuss with Danielle. The website does not save those answers to a database, cookies or browser storage, and does not send the raw answers to Fitfinity or include them in a WhatsApp link.

Choosing “Start over,” refreshing or closing the page clears the answers. The result is general guidance for a conversation; it is not a diagnosis, clinical assessment or decision about whether a service is suitable for you.

Requesting an appointment

You can enter your name, choose a service and add appointment preferences. If you continue from an assessment result, you can also choose to include the names of your suggested focus areas. The individual answers, training frequency and detailed result explanations remain on the page and are never added to the WhatsApp message.

You review the complete message before continuing. Opening WhatsApp shares the prepared link with WhatsApp before you press Send, and it may remain in your browser history. Fitfinity receives the chat message only when you send it in WhatsApp.

Please do not put medical or other sensitive information in the name field. Share anything else you consider relevant directly with Danielle during your conversation.

Your conversation with Fitfinity

Fitfinity uses the information you send to respond to your enquiry and arrange your visit. Messages you send are handled through WhatsApp and remain subject to WhatsApp’s privacy practices. To ask about information held by Fitfinity, including access or deletion, contact the studio using the number below.

When you browse

The website’s photos, fonts, video and scripts are served from the website itself. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies.

The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. Opening WhatsApp from an appointment action or the persistent chat button means WhatsApp handles the information needed for that connection. The persistent button contains a general enquiry only.
